Materials
- Water
- A tiny pinch of salt
- Your face
- A towel
Avoid your eyes, broken skin, and irritated skin. Use only a tiny pinch of salt, or skip the salt entirely if your skin is sensitive.
Method
- Dissolve a tiny pinch of salt in water.
- Touch or splash the water to your forehead, temples, cheeks, and back of neck, avoiding your eyes.
- Let it air dry if comfortable, or pat gently with a towel.
- Say the words slowly.
- Write down one thing you know to be true before moving on.
Words
Nebulae recedunt, video vere, intellego clare.
The fog recedes. I see truly. I understand clearly.
What this does: Uses cold water, salt, and a spoken charm to mark a shift from confusion into steadier perception.
Field note: Pair it with a journal note or tarot pull if you need a second pass at the truth.
