Materials

Method
- Prepare the space. This can be as simple as clearing a table and taking three slow breaths.
- Place the materials in front of you.
- Draw a crescent at the top of the paper and an eye or star beneath it.
- Write: “Protect me in the matter of ______.” Fill in the specific thing, such as sleep, travel, walking through the building, messages, dreams, or anxiety.
- Beneath it, write three names or qualities you trust. They can be divine names, ancestors, concepts, or your own created names.
- Fold toward yourself if drawing protection in; fold away if pushing something out.
- Close the working with "So mote it be." 3x
