Purpose: A sharp body-based rejection spell for pushing away unwanted influence.

Materials

  • Your hands
  • Enough room to step back
Safety note: do not burn anything unattended, do not ingest herbs unless you know they are safe for you, and keep smoke, oils, salt, string, and small objects away from pets.

Method

  1. Start with both hands at your chest.
  2. Thrust them forward sharply, palms out.
  3. Step back with your dominant foot as you do it.
  4. Feel the force move through your arms and out of your space.
