Purpose: A two-direction gesture spell for expansion and return.
“I expand when it is time. I gather when it is time.”
Best for: growth work, sending energy outward, drawing energy inward, grounding
Timing: anytime expansion or contraction is needed

Materials
- One arm
- Enough space to turn gently
Safety note: do not burn anything unattended, do not ingest herbs unless you know they are safe for you, and keep smoke, oils, salt, string, and small objects away from pets.
Method
- Extend one arm and trace expanding spirals in the air, starting near your center and moving outward.
- Let your body rotate with the motion if that feels good.
- For outward work, say the outward charm as you expand.
- Reverse direction and spiral back in, drawing your arm close to your body.
- For inward work, say the inward charm as you return.
