Materials
- Your hands
- A clear space to move
Safety note: do not burn anything unattended, do not ingest herbs unless you know they are safe for you, and keep smoke, oils, salt, string, and small objects away from pets.
Method
- Start with fists clenched at your chest.
- Slowly pull your hands apart horizontally while opening your fingers like tearing spider silk.
- When your arms are fully extended, shake your hands out sharply like flicking off water.
- Repeat until the energy feels loosened.
